Vantage Rewards Terms and Conditions
Effective from 9 March 2023, Vantage Rewards (hereinafter, the “Loyalty Program”) is offered by Vantage Global Limited (hereinafter, “Vantage” or the “Company”) to the Company’s clients. The Loyalty Program operates under the terms and conditions as set out below unless otherwise expressly stated (the “Program Rules”).
The Program Rules govern the Company’s relationship with members of the Loyalty Program (collectively, “Loyalty Program Members,” and individually, a “Loyalty Program Member,” “Member,” or “they”), including how Members upgrade/downgrade their Vantage Rewards tiers, earn Loyalty Program points (“V-Points”), and redeem Rewards.
MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY
1. By opening an account with Vantage, clients will automatically be enrolled on the Loyalty Program as Members.
1.1 Members with a funded live account have full access to the Program. 1.2 Members with only demo accounts or unfunded live accounts are only allowed to earn Points from a limited number of Missions and are not allowed to use Points to redeem Rewards. However, Points can be accumulated and carried forward until a live account is opened or funded.
2. Members reserve the right to opt out of this Promotion by sending a written notice to [email protected].
3. A member’s continued participation in the Program will automatically be considered as agreeing to the current Terms and Conditions.
4. Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate any membership with or without cause at any time.
5. Vantage reserves the right to deduct, reverse or cancel any points, rewards, vouchers or other promotional incentives if Vantage has reasonable grounds to believe that a member is not acting in good faith, not being in compliance with any general terms and conditions, and/or involved in any suspected abuse or fraudulent practice.
V-POINTS
1. V-Points are earned as follows:
1.1 Trade: Members can earn V-Points for each USD$1 million notional value on closed trades completed as per below table.

1.1.1 Only closed trades held more than 5 minutes will be counted for this Program’s notional value. 1.1.2 Notional value calculation for V-Points generation is done on a daily basis at 07:00:00PM (UTC+2). 1.2 Missions: Members can participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and/or ad-hoc Missions to earn additional Points. These missions will be updated from time to time and may be personalized for each Member. 1.2.1 All daily missions refresh at 00:00:00AM (UTC+2).
2. Accumulated Points are only valid for a year.
2.1 The expiry date of Points will be auto-extended a year from when a new trade is opened.

2.2 If no trade is executed, all points will expire based on the earliest expiry date of the first points earned. 2.3 Points that are expired cannot be extended.
REWARDS
1. Rewards offered in the Loyalty Program are defined by Vantage and subject to change from time to time.
2. Members can only use V-Points to redeem Rewards. Rewards redemption cannot be combined with any other means of payment.
3. Points required for redemption and the additional terms and conditions of each reward are listed as below:

Deposit Rebate | 2,500 per voucher | Each voucher is applicable for a 5% rebate, capped at USD$50. This voucher needs to be applied manually when making a deposit. This voucher has a validity period of 30 days from the issue date. |
Loss Protection | 1000 per voucher | This voucher requires manual activation. Upon activation, the first newly opened trade will be tagged. Members can reduce the loss by half if the tagged trade is closed for a loss, capped at USD$30. The amount covered by the Loss Protection will be refunded to the trading account within 1 day. This voucher has a validity period of 30 days from the issue date. Only 1 Loss Protection voucher can be used at a time, and it cannot be used in conjunction with Profit Booster. |
Profit Booster | 1000 per voucher | This voucher requires manual activation. Upon activation, the first newly opened trade will be tagged. Members can double the profit if the tagged trade is closed for a profit, capped at USD$30. The additional profit earned under the Profit Booster will be added to the trading account within 1 day. This voucher has a validity period of 30 days from the issue date. Only 1 Profit Booster voucher can be used at a time, and it cannot be used in conjunction with Loss Protection. |
TIERS & BENEFITS
1. There are 4 tiers with associated benefits – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum in this Program. The tier of each member is determined by the notional value (closed trades) they traded within 90 days.

3. Members will receive Commission-free Vouchers for every first-time upgrades to a higher Tier.
3.1 This voucher is only applicable to valid ECN accounts. 3.2 This voucher requires manual activation. Upon activation, the newly opened trade in ECN account will be tied and eligible for Commission Free. 3.3 Commissions will be charged as per normal when a trade is opened. Once the trade is closed, the commission charged based on tied trade’s closing size will be refunded to the trading account within 1 day.
4. Members in the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Tiers are entitled to participate in our Trading Central promotion and receive complimentary daily forex signals.
4.1 To subscribe to the Trading Central promotion, members must opt-in via https://www.vantagemarkets.com/analysis/trading-signal/
5. Maintenance Period (“MP”) for the tiering system is 90 days. Members are required to make at least 10 closed trades during each Maintenance Period to maintain their current Tier.
5.1 Members will be downgraded by one Tier if clause 5 is not fulfilled, during each review, until they reach the lowest Tier: Bronze. 5.2 MP will be refreshed once a Member upgrades to the next Tier.

GENERAL
1. This Program is applicable to valid STP and ECN accounts only. Cent accounts, copy trading accounts, accounts under PAMM/MAM are not applicable.
2. Certain Program and Tier benefits as well as Rewards may be subject to their own set of terms and conditions, as specified separately.
3. This Program is not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.
4. Members should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level and subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Company.
5. New Accounts are subject to approval as per Vantage’s account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Vantage.
6. Vantage may at any time amend, modify, or supplement these Program Rules, the structure for earning Points and redeeming Rewards, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points, or the ability to obtain certain Rewards. Members are responsible for staying informed of the Program Rules and any Program Rule changes. Members’ continued participation in the Loyalty Program will constitute their acceptance of any such Program Rule changes.
7. Vantage reserves the right to decline any application or participation in this program or any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explanation for such a decline.
8. Vantage reserves the right to reject a client from participating in this program at its sole discretion if there is a suspected fraudulent activity or action found to be in violation of the Client Agreement or the promotion terms and conditions. In case of a breach, Vantage reserves the right to deduct, reverse or cancel any points, rewards, vouchers or other promotional incentives.
9. Vantage may terminate the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice to all active Members. Upon termination of the Loyalty Program, all unredeemed V-Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no Rewards claims will be honoured.
10. For the avoidance of any doubt, Vantage shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damages that may be suffered in connection with the Loyalty Program.
11. Should Vantage Rewards collaterals be available in other languages, the English language version shall be the only point of reference if any discrepancy arises.
